It is a whole, fluid coolant, free from mineral oil, formulated for the lubrication of very low tolerance mechanisms in the textile industry. It is formulated with the latest generation raw materials, consisting of totally saturated synthetic esters, biodegradable, with additives designed to optimize anti-wear, antioxidant and washability performance. It is characterized by: - Excellent anti-wear power, for the protection of kinematics and moving parts. - Soft color, to avoid staining of the processed material. - Excellent washability, to facilitate easy removal if necessary. - High thermal-oxidative resistance, to prevent the formation of sludge, lacquers and residues. - Protection from corrosion induced by the presence of humidity. - Good greasing power, which ensures the presence of a protective lubricating film on the metal surfaces. - High compatibility with mechatronic mechanisms, in particular with piezoelectric levers. - Excellent compatibility with all types of commercial gaskets. - High flame point, with consequent reduction of the formation of fumes and mists. - High hygienic-sanitary compatibility, which make it well tolerated by operators. - Total absence of dangerous compounds.
