Type: Semisynthetic water-miscible coolant

It is a high-quality and newly formulated semi-synthetic coolant to be used for cutting and grinding processes. Thanks to a new, advanced and exclusive bio-stabilization system with the usage of substances with low or null hygenic-sanitary impact, the product is free from bactericides and, at the recommended usage concentrations, results higly resistant to microbiological attacks and NON DANGEROUS for the operators. It is free from bactericides, chlorine, boric compounds, formaldehyde donors, secondary amines and their derivatives. It guarantees: - High degree of tolerability for the operators - High stability due to the product’s strong resistance to bacterial and fungal attacks. - High level of surface finishing of the machined pieces and lifetime of the tools even at low concentrations; good cutting power - Reduction of fumes during the processes - Very effective anti-rust protection - Great lubrication of the machine tools rails and sliding parts - Perfect miscibility and stability even with hard waters - Great resistance to foam formation at normal usage concentrations even with extremely fresh waters. The fresh emulsion appears clear, translucent, opalescent and tends to concentrate with use. The mineral oil content is approximately 20%.
