It is a high-quality semi-synthetic, water-miscible coolant, formulated for cutting and grinding processes. It is free from bactericides, chlorine, boron compounds, formaldehyde donors, secondary amines and their derivatives. It guarantees: - high degree of tolerability for the operators - great stability due to its strong resistance to the bacterial and fungal attack - excellent surface finishes of the machined pieces and greater tool life even at low concentrations - good cutting power - reduction of fumes during the processes - very effective anti-rust protection - excellent lubrication of the machine tools ways and rails - perfect miscibility and stability even with hard waters - excellent resistance to the formation of foam at normal concentrations of use even with extremely fresh waters The fresh emulsion appears clear, translucent, opalescent and it tends to concentrate with use. Mineral oil content is approximately 20%.
