It is an ashless lubricating oil, zinc-free, totally synthetic, biodegradable, with a high viscosity index, typical for highly charged gears. It is formulated with special saturated synthetic esters with an accurate package of anti-ash additives and sulphur-phosphorus-type EPS and against oxidation, rust and foam. Presents: -a high viscosity index of high mechanical strength of the synthetic base used, without addition of additives, for a consistent performance for long periods even in harsh conditions of operation; -Excellent and extraordinary resistance to thermal-oxidative decay, also thanks to the use of specific and exclusive additives; -A superior anti-wear power, especially against micropitting and in comparison to the corresponding gear lubricants of equal gradation based on mineral oil, and good EP properties of resistance to loads; -A very low natural sliding point; -strong chemical stability even at high temperatures; -Exceptional protection against corrosion, rust, foam; -Compatibility-mixability in all percentages with lubricants of mineral origin; -Excellent self-cleaning power, thanks to the polar structure of the esters; -Compatibility with all metals and their alloys used in normal machinery * *. * * Note: Around 90 ° C it is possible to have a moderate attack of the copper and its alloys, like the bronze, with relative blackening of the surfaces; However, it remains established that copper and its alloys act as powerful catalysts in the process of thermal and oxidative decay of the oil in operation, but to an exceptionally small extent compared to mineral oil.
