It is a highly fluid neat coolant, of clear and light-brown colour and very moderate and pleasant odour, designed for honing, chip removal and grinding processes of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The product is free from mineral oil and it is made from saturated biodegradable synthetic esters, highly stable to hydrolysis and oxidation and mixed with inactive sulfur-based EP, anti-welding, anti-oxidant, anti-rust additives and metal passivators which, by exerting a synergistic action among each others, give rise to a high-performance product. It guarantees: - absence of fumes and mists during the processes and of dry, crusty residues over time - high flash point for totally safe operations - excellent fluidity even at low temperatures and exceptional wetting power, so that the coolant quickly and evenly disperses on the metal surface - excellent greasing power - great cutting, anti-welding, EP and lubro-detaching power for high-quality finishes - high anti-wear power - excellent resistance to oxidation and rust; great passivation of non-ferrous alloys - very reduced tendency to the formation of mists, especially with high-pressure oil jets or high-speed spindles rotation - low temperature of the machined pieces - well crushed and shattered chips - biodegradable - maximum tolerability for the operators The product is free from chlorine compounds, active sulfur compounds, zinc and PAHs (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons).
