It is a high-quality, water-miscible coolant, especially formulated for cutting and grinding processes, including heavy-duty ones, of steel, stainless steel and any ferrous materials. The product is completely free from: - bactericides of any nature - formaldehyde and formaldehyde donors - boron and boron compounds - secondary amines and their derivatives It guarantees: - extremely high tolerability degree for the operators, thanks to the absence of bactericides - high stability of the emulsions and exceptional resistance to the bacterial and fungal attack - excellent surface finishes of the machined pieces - greater tool life, even at low concentrations - higher cutting power in mechanical processes of aluminium alloys - reduction of fumes during the processes - very effective anti-rust protection - great resistance to the formation of foam, at normal concentrations of use, even with particularly fresh waters - excellent protection of aluminium alloys, even of low silicon content The fresh emulsion appears clear, opalescent and it tends to concentrate with use.
