It is an anti-seize compound, a cutting integrator, easily soluble in mineral oil and vegetable oil, to be used in addition to the whole cutting oil in use for all heavy mechanical machining, in particular of alloy steels and high strength stainless steel, both hard and extra-hard. It consists of a mixture of active components, which include a synergy action to improve the surface finish of the workpieces (the phenomenon of the cutting edge is eliminated) and the tool life. It combines to the EP properties a specific untuosant power particularly effective for the processing of doughy materials.

It is a compound of lubricating mineral oils, consisting of a mixture of above base calcium sulfonate in mineral oil, it is presented as a dark brown honey-coloured liquid, to be used in mixture with lubricating mineral oils in service, particular the whole cutting oils, when you want to neutralize the presence of any acidic substances. Used in the recommended proportions, it gives the oil: -an acid Alkaline reserve; -a raised detergent power; -excellent Antirust Characteristics.

It’s an anti seize compound, brown color and with moderate odor. To use in addition to all heavy machining chip removal, cutting and forming of alloy steel at high resistance. Its mixture is a set of active chemical components to improve both treated surfaces finish and tools life.
