Type: Water base corrosion preventive

It is an oil for mechanical machining, neat, free of mineral oil, formulated for stamping, deep drawing, fine blanking and tapping of high strength and stainless steel alloys, when a product with a very high EP power is required. It consists of synthetic and natural biodegradable esters refined with an exclusive method, mixed with inactive sulfur compounds, with greasing agents, antioxidants and metal passivators, which, exerting a strong synergistic action between them, ensures: - absence of fumes and vapors being processed; -a high flash point for operations in absolute safety; - excellent smoothness even at low temperatures and exceptional wetting power, so that the oil disperses quickly and uniformly on the metal surface; - excellent greasing power, EP and lubricant-release agent for quality finishes; - excellent resistance to oxidation, rust and the formation of sludge and dry and sticky residues, thanks to a particular and exclusive formulation combination; -good anti-wear power; -low smell; - low temperature of the machined pieces; -biodegradability; -maximum tolerability by operators. The product is free of chlorinated compounds and does not contain Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (IPA).
