Type: Drawing vanishing fluid

It is a lubricant for drawing and blanking processes of ferrous and non-ferrous materials, especially suitable for blanking and medium-light deep drawing machining, in order to obtain particularly clean pieces. It is made from a highly selected and hydrogenated vanishing, fluid mineral base, characterized by a very moderate odour and mixed with additives consisting of: - synthetic greasing agents - friction modifiers - anti-corrosive and anti-oxidant agents These components exert a synergistic action among each other which gives the product the following properties: - excellent lubro-detaching and anti-welding power - shiny surfaces - higher durability of the moulds - light odours - hygienic-sanitary compatibility After the evaporation of the volatile component, the product leaves an ultra-thin, oily film on the machined pieces, almost invisible and stable over time, which exerts a protective action. The product is perfectly compatible with any treatment following the machining phase.
