X-DRAW GL 15 is a gel, specific for the bending of stainless steel pipes. Its special formulation, free from mineral oil and based on biodegradable synthetic esters, with cosmetic-derived additives, gives it excellent environmental and hygienic-sanitary compatibility characteristics. The product, after use, tends to dry leaving the pieces well cleaned and allowing to perform successive welding processes in the absence of fumes.

X-DRAW GL 30 GF is a black gel, specifically for lamination and hot deformation processes. Its particular formulation, free from mineral oil and based on biodegradable synthetic esters, with specific EP additives, confers excellent environmental and hygienic-sanitary compatibility characteristics and minimizes the formation of mists and fumes in process. Thanks to the anti-wear and EP additives and to the solid sub-micronized graphite lubricants contained in it, which together exert an exclusive and particularly effective synerloptic action at high temperature, the product presents an exceptional power no welded and releasing agent, for high quality surface finishes. After use, it tends to dry, leaving the pieces slightly protected by a soft film with slightly passivating properties of corrosion. This film can be removed with a light flow of water.

Its special formulation, free from mineral oil and based on biodegradable synthetic esters, with additives also derived from cosmetics, confers excellent environmental and hygienic-sanitary compatibility characteristics. Thanks to the anti-wear and EP additives contained in it, which together exert an exclusive synerloptic action, the product presents an excellent anti-aging and releasing power. It is equipped, in particular, with a marked untuding and gliding power that favours: -Easy and smooth sliding of the material; -the reduction of friction and the protection from wear; -Top quality surface finishes. The product, after use, tends to dry, leaving the pieces well cleaned and allowing to perform the subsequent welding processes in the absence of fumes.
