GREASE CA AX 2 is an anhydrous calcium thickened lubricating grease based on a mineral oil. The grease contains antioxidants, corrosion inhibitors and EP/AW additives. The thickener, together with the special base oil blend, makes the product suitable for the lubrication of medium loaded bearings and in wet and corrosive environments. The lubricating grease has excellent adhesion and water resistance. GREASE CA AX 2 is a high quality multipurpose grease that can be used in both industrial and automotive applications. The grease is suitable for a wide range of plain and rolling bearings.

GREASE FU is a pharmaceutical petrolatum complying with the FDA (U.S.A.) standards and the most important national pharmacopoeias in the countries of the European Community. These include, in particular, the latest editions of the Italian official Pharmacopoeia (FUI IX Ed.) and that of federal Germany (DAB 10). It is white-snow, type with long fibre, of particular softne. It has a high colour stability and an ointment consistency coupled with low melting point values. It is odourless, tasteless, chemically and biologically inert.

It is a special infuse grease, light beige, semi-synthetic with mixed PAO and mineral oil containing PTFE, for high and above all for low temperatures (-50 ° C + 200 ° c), non-toxic, particularly suitable for use in the food industry in case of accidental contact with Food. It is a special fat, gradation NLGI 2, multipurpose, lithium complex, based on mineral oil severely refined solvent, of new generation. Main Features: -superior resistance to high temperatures and water-draining action; -excellent EP, anti-wear, antioxidant and antirust properties; -excellent pumpability, adhesiveness and thermal and mechanical stability; -excellent Lubricating Power. It is indicated for the lubrication of most industrial machinery operating in severe operating conditions for high loads, high temperatures and water presence. It is characterized by the presence of a specific additive with PTFE to improve its behaviour at low temperatures (facilitating for example the cold start) and to enhance its anti-wear properties.

It is a multifunctional high-quality grease, of NLGI 0 gradation, based on lithium soaps and made from synthetic bases. It features a creamy appearance and it is resistant to both cold and hot waters; it is characterized by a dropping point of 180 °C and it is suitable for temperatures ranging from -25 to + 90 °C reversibly, which means that it can be used at temperatures close to these values without losing its original features, when brought back to normal temperature. In addition to the formation of a lubricating film, it protects from oxidation and corrosion, forming seals in the bearings to prevent impurities and solid materials into the chambers or cages. During the preparation, the product is subjected to a particular homogenization and air removal process, thanks to which its structure is free from lumps and air bubbles, whose presence is counterproductive for a correct use. It is a special grease, white translucent, silicone, suitable for high and low temperatures (-50 to + 250 ° C). Has: -Excellent water repellent properties; -Excellent thermal-oxidative stability even for long periods of use; -No smell and color; -Maximum sanitary tolerability. It is to be used in particular as Agent of antiadhesion, detachment and slipping in couplings not excessively loaded especially in the presence of plastic and rubber elements. It is harmless, not dirty and can also be used as an electrical insulator. It is not recommended to use it for the lubrication of rolling bearings.

It is a “universal” grease particularly suitable for high temperatures, especially with centralized lubrication systems provided by both electric and manual pumps. It is made from highly-selected special oil bases mixed with inorganic thickening agents; the product appears soft and highly adhesive and it guarantees great anti-wear and anti-rust properties and very low ash content. It belongs to the category of infusible greases, which do not go through a transition phase; therefore its physical state remains unaltered, without hardening even at the highest operating temperatures.

It is a grease of universal use, particular, which differs from the traditional ones because the thickening agent is not a metallic soap but an inorganic synthetic material. The basic fluid is a special highly adhesive excellent oil. The product is soft and tenacious, suitable for high temperatures, with a good anti-wear power and excellent anti-rust power and with an extremely low ash content. It is characterized as "infuse grease", which does not have a transitional phase, so its physical state remains unchanged, without hardening up to the operating temperature limit. The gradation is NLGI 2, with good water behaviour.
