GREASE FU is a pharmaceutical petrolatum complying with the FDA (U.S.A.) standards and the most important national pharmacopoeias in the countries of the European Community. These include, in particular, the latest editions of the Italian official Pharmacopoeia (FUI IX Ed.) and that of federal Germany (DAB 10). It is white-snow, type with long fibre, of particular softne. It has a high colour stability and an ointment consistency coupled with low melting point values. It is odourless, tasteless, chemically and biologically inert.

GREASE S LI/EP 1 is a multipurpose lithium-based grease developed for high-performance lubrication in demanding operating conditions. It combines synthetic ester base oils with a lithium thickener and EP additive system to ensure optimal protection against heavy mechanical loads, vibration, and environmental factors such as moisture and high temperatures. Its consistency, water resistance, and wide thermal stability make it the ideal choice for industrial bearings, automotive hubs, construction machinery, and centralized lubrication systems. Available in multiple NLGI grades to suit various application methods.

High quality grease, gradation NLGI 2, based on lithium soaps, multifunctional, obtained with synthetic bases. It has a pompous appearance, is resistant to water both cold and hot, has a drip point of 190 ° C and can be used in a range of operating temperatures from-20 to + 120 ° C reversibly: That is, usable at temperatures very close to these values without losing the original features when it comes back to normal temperature. In addition to the formation of a lubricating veil, it protects against oxidation and corrosion, forming a seal in the bearings to prevent the ingress of impurities and solid materials into the housings or cages. In the preparation is subjected to a particular process of homogenization and air removal for which its structure is free of lumps and air bubbles, whose presence is always counterproductive for proper use. Presents: -Exceptional chemical stability, great adhesiveness and considerable resistance to high loads and mechanical stresses. It is formulated with special additives for extreme pressure of sulphur-phosphorus type that exalting the anti-friction properties of the grease make it suitable to withstand even at high temperatures very high specific pressures; -Excellent resistance to oxidation; -Excellent anti-wear, anticorrosion, rust-proof protection; -Excellent adhesive power; -Good resistance to water dilating action; -Wide operating temperature range; -Excellent pumpability characteristics.

It is a special grease, non-melting, semi-transparent in colour, made of polydimethylsiloxane silicone, suitable for high and low temperatures (from -40° to +200° C). It is an extremely fluid and self-levelling lubricant grease constituted by a mixture of higly selected and refined synthetic mineral oil and EP, anti-wear, anti-corrosive and anti-oxidant additives which exert among each others a synergic action and are characterized by great lubricant properties with a reduction in friction and temperature. The product has been specifically formulated for the lubrication of hinges pins and roller chains links, especially if subjected to heavy-duty conditions because of mechanical stress or adverse environmental situations caused by high temperatures, humidity, dust, corrosive vapours, etc … It guarantees: - Presence of a permanent and protective adhesive lubricant veil - Exceptional anti-welding power and resistance to loads, especially intermittent - Great properties of anti-wear and protective of the holding sealings, stable over time - Excellent anti-rust, anti-corrosive and anti-oxidant “for life” properties, ensuring a sealing to prevent water, impurities and solid materials from entering the chambers or the cages - Very moderate odour During preparation, the product is subjected to a particular homogenization and air removal process, therefore its structure is free from lumps and air bubbles, for a correct usage.

It is a “universal” grease particularly suitable for high temperatures, especially with centralized lubrication systems provided by both electric and manual pumps. It is made from highly-selected special oil bases mixed with inorganic thickening agents; the product appears soft and highly adhesive and it guarantees great anti-wear and anti-rust properties and very low ash content. It belongs to the category of infusible greases, which do not go through a transition phase; therefore its physical state remains unaltered, without hardening even at the highest operating temperatures.

It is a grease of universal use, particular, which differs from the traditional ones because the thickening agent is not a metallic soap but an inorganic synthetic material. The basic fluid is a special highly adhesive excellent oil. The product is soft and tenacious, suitable for high temperatures, with a good anti-wear power and excellent anti-rust power and with an extremely low ash content. It is characterized as "infuse grease", which does not have a transitional phase, so its physical state remains unchanged, without hardening up to the operating temperature limit. The gradation is NLGI 2, with good water behaviour.
