It is a water-miscible lubro-detaching coolant, formulated for the textile industry. It is made from synthetic esters of vegetable origin and it is totally free from: - mineral oil - formaldehyde and formaldehyde donors - boron and boron compounds - chlorine and its derivatives - secondary amines and their derivatives It guarantees: - great lubro-detaching and anti-static power on PVC and PP fibres - maximum tolerability degree for the operators thanks to the absence of mineral oil and carcinogenic compounds - high stability of the emulsions, thanks to an innovative and exclusive formulation - very effective anti-rust protection - great resistance to the formation of foam at normal concentrations of use, even with extremely fresh waters - excellent greasing and wetting power, in order to reduce the thread-to-metal and thread-to-ceramic friction - excellent compatibility with any polymers used for synthetic fibres - great washability The fresh emulsion appears translucent.
