Type: Bio based neat coolant for the production of synthetic yarn.

It is a neat cooling lubricant, developed for the spinning of synthetic polymers. It is formulated from synthetic esters of vegetable origin that guarantee excellent antistatic and anti-wear power on PA, PP, PET and PES fibres. It guarantees: - a very high degree of tolerability for operators thanks to the absence of mineral oil and carcinogenic compounds; - very effective anti-rust protection; - excellent lubricating and wetting power that guarantees a reduction in yarn-to-metal, yarn-to-ceramic and yarn-to-yarn friction; - excellent compatibility with all polymers used for synthetic fibres; - high antistatic property; - APEO free.
