Type: Biodegradable-based neat drawing oil

It is a neat lubricant, formulated for drawing, deep drawing, fine blanking and tapping processes of alloy steel. It is also suitable for cold wire drawing processes of steel, high-strength alloy and stainless steel, whenever a high-EP product is required. The product is free from mineral oil and it is made from biodegradable, synthetic and natural esters, mixed with sulfur compounds, greasing agents, anti-oxidant additives and metal passivators which, by exerting a strong synergistic action among each others, guarantee the following properties: - abscence of fumes and mists during the processes - high flash point for totally safe operations - great fluidity even at low temperatures and exceptional wetting power, so that the coolant quickly and evenly disperses on the metal surface - excellent greasing, EP and lubro-detaching power for high-quality finishes - excellent resistance to oxidation, rust and sludges and dry-sticky residues formations - good anti-wear power - light odour - low temperature of the machined pieces - biodegradable - maximum tolerability for the operators The product is free from chlorine compounds and it does not contain Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs).
