It is a synthetic, water-miscible coolant, made from biodegradable esters and polymers. The product can be easily diluted in water, in which it forms opalescent, stable and semi-transparent emulsions. It finds specific application in cold deformation processes of steel sheet. The product features the following properties: - absence of mineral oil - higher moulds life - excellent greasing power to guarantee a high anti-wear property - high wetting power and absence of sticky residues - minimum abrasive effect on the moulds threads - very high anti-rust power and oxidation passivator - absence of chemically active substances (chlorinated derivatives, etc.) - absence of dry-sticky residues
