It is a high-performance, non-toxic, fully synthetic oil, specifically designed to meet the most stringent lubrication requirements of industrial rotary and reciprocating compressors. It is made up of a blend of polyalphaolefins and synthetic carboxylic esters, all FDA approved for incidental contact with food, and is formulated to achieve the absence of deposits and a long service life being of the “ash-less” type, without ash. It contains a balanced blend of antioxidant additives that exert a synergistic effect on each other, allowing exceptional thermal-oxidative stability over the long term. The most important physical properties of this product, such as resistance to foam formation, demulsibility and flash point, are carefully controlled. It guarantees: -minimal or no formation of deposits and minimal risk of explosion, for high safety of use; -elimination of varnish and sludge deposits, to ensure that all components such as oil/air separators, intake valves, thermovalves etc. always function properly; -excellent demulsibility, necessary for rapid and complete separation of water in oil flow compressors, where condensate can accumulate in the receptors); -very high drain intervals, up to ten times compared to mineral-based compressor oils; -minimization of oil consumption, thanks to its low volatility and excellent lubricating properties; -high compressor efficiency, for reduced wear and maintenance costs; -excellent safety characteristics thanks to the high flash point and low volatility; -reduction of operating temperature, thanks to the high thermal conductivity, approximately 15% higher than a mineral oil; -very low Pour Point and high Viscosity Index of the synthetic base used, for optimum performance in a very wide operating temperature range.

It is a fully synthetic oil made up of high-performance Polyalkylene glycol-Polyester bases, specifically formulated for the lubrication of lubricated helical screw air compressors, with the following characteristics: - very high resistance to oxidation, which guarantees maximum duration of the charge, without alterations in the structure; - excellent anti-wear power and absence of carbon deposits and residues, essential properties to ensure a long life and perfect cleanliness of all moving mechanical parts, especially valves, for ideal compression performance; - natural high Viscosity Index and very low pour point, for correct operation of compressors in any climatic condition; - effective protection against corrosion and rust; - high Flash Point and consequent low volatility which guarantees reduced consumption; - excellent compatibility with paint gaskets and other compressor elements; - very long service life.

It is a totally synthetic high performance oil, studied to satisfy the most severe lubrication needs of industrial rotating and alternative compressors. It is made of carbon-silicon esters, it doesn’t leave residual and it has long lasting performance. The most important physical properties of this product such as resistance to foam formation, demulsibility and the flash point are properly controlled. Features: - Resistance to foam formation; - No risks while working, increasing safety; - No varnishes or sludge, ensuring that all components such as oil/air separators, intake valves, thermovalves etc. in the rotary compressors machine always work regularly; - Better demulsivity to a quick and complete air separation from water (particularly important in oil flow compressors); - Increasing up to ten times of the substitution intervals, compared to the mineral oils; - Decreasing of oil consumption, thanks to low volatility and excellent lubrication properties; - High efficiency of the rotating compressors, reducing wear and maintenance costs; - Better safety environment, thanks to high flash point and low volatility; - Decreasing of in-use temperature of the compressor, thanks to high thermic conductivity (15% higher compared to a mineral oil).
