It is an ISO VG32 special lubricant, of low viscosity and mostly made from synthetic hydrocarbon bases mixed with anti-oxidant additives especially for the lubrication of tools used for glass vials and flasks manifacture on transfert systems. It features: -exceptional thermal and oxidative stability to extend the lubricant duration with the abscence of sludges, varnishes and paints -great demulsive properties for a quick separation from water, if present -excellent hydrolytic stability, to protect the circuit against corrosion with water presence -excellent filterability -great protection against rust -good anti-wear properties -extremely reduced carbon residues, foam and volatility; high flash point -compatibility with elastomers, normally used for seals -air-release properties -low viscosity to ensure the correct functioning of high-speed rotation kinematics -very clear colour, limpid.

It is a totally synthetic oil based on highly isoparaffinic hydrogenated hydrocarbons, particularly formulated to satisfy the most demanding lubrication needs of steam, gas and hydraulic turbines, being characterised by the following Property: -maximum resistance to thermal-oxidative decay, to prevent the formation of sludge and to guarantee a perfect function of the oil in the long term, even in the presence of high temperatures and water; -high natural viscosity index, precisely of the synthetic base used, obtained without the addition of additives; -maximum Antirust and Anticorrosive power; -excellent power of separation from the air, high resistance to the formation of foam and excellent demulsive power; -excellent filterability; -complete compatibility and total miscibility with mineral-based corresponding oils. All these properties are guaranteed by the quality of the synthetic base used, the particular refining process and the presence of selected inhibitory additives of the ageing process.

It is a typical lubricant for use in mechanisms that require an ashless ash-free oil suitable for accidental contact with food, with excellent properties of resistance to thermal-oxidative decay. It is obtained from synthetic base oils consisting predominantly of PAO (poly-alpha-olefin), mixed with anti-wear sulfur-phosphorus additives, antioxidants, anti-corrosion and anti-rust agents, which work in synergy. All ingredients have NSF H1 approval. It provides: - exceptional resistance to aging and the formation of sludge and residues, even in the case of severe operating conditions for environmental temperatures or when a very long service life is required, especially in comparison with the corresponding lubricants of the same gradation based on mineral oil ; - high anti-wear power; - a natural, its own, high Viscosity Index: this means greater smoothness when cold and higher viscosity resistance at high temperatures; - strong anti-corrosion and anti-rust power, even in the presence of water-based fluids; - Perfect compatibility with mineral oils.
