It is a lubricant for quenching processes on metals made from a highly-selected vegetable base, stabilized in our laboratories. The high-quality additivation guarantees excellent consistency of the quenching drasticity with temperature variations of the oil bath. This allows to achieve the following results: -accelerated quenching speed, in order to produce components of higher hardness or in case of low-quality steels -constant and uniform properties on the quenched pieces -fewer sludges formations, to reduce plants maintenance requirements and oil loss -minimum acids formation to prevent staining of the components and to improve the lubricant oxidation stability -high resistance to forging cracks formations and distorsions of the treated steels to improve flexibility in the components design -maximum hygenic-sanitary and environmental compatibility with absence of fumes, thanks to an extremely high flash point To summarize, the additivation type and the base oil quality guarantee a high-performance vegetable-based quenching fluid highly resitant to thermal-oxidative degradation, featuring good detergent power for the system cleanliness.
