Type: Synthetic based diathermic oil

It is a heat transfer fluid obtained from highly selected synthetic hydrocarbon bases, specifically treated in order to ensure the necessary properties of resistance to oxidation or cracking and with a restricted distillation range to limit the presence of volatile fractions. It belongs to the special series “NS” characterized by a particoular additivation which enhances even more the following properties: - thermal and oxidative stability, mainly in facilities subjected to heavy operating conditions (dusty environment, high humidity, possibility of thermal shocks); - dispersion of any residuals in the fluid mass to avoid the formation of sludge and residues; - heat transimission, keeping the value of the heat transfer coefficient and thermal conductivity constant for longer. It features the following characteristics: - High flash point and low vapour pressure to reduce evaporation and cavitation phenomena; - low viscosity for easier cold startings and lower energy consumption; - total chemical inertia; - Moderate odour at low and high temperatures.
