It is a high-quality, semi-synthetic, water-miscible coolant, formulated for cutting and grinding processes. It is free from chlorine, boron compounds, formaldehyde donors, secondary amines and their derivatives. It guarantees: - maximum tolerability for the operators - excellent stability of the emulsions thanks to an innovative and exclusive bio-stabilization system which makes the product resistant to the bacterial and fungal attack - excellent surface finishes of the machined pieces - greater tool life, even at low concentrations - good cutting power - reduction of fumes during the processes - excellent anti-rust protection - exceptional lubrication of the machine tools ways and rails - perfect miscibility and stability even with hard waters - great resistance to the formation of foam, at normal concentrations of use, even with particularly fresh waters The fresh emulsion appears clear, translucent, opalescent and it tends to concentrate with use. Mineral oil content is approximately 15%.
