It is a high-quality, water-miscible coolant made from synthetic esters of vegetable origin and formulated for cutting and grinding processes. It is free from mineral oil, chlorine, secondary amines, formaldehyde-releasing preservatives, boron and boron derivatives. It guarantees: - high degree of tolerability for the operators - excellent stability of the emulsions, thanks to its strong resistance to the bacterial and fungal attack - high level of surface finishes of the machined pieces - greater tool life, even at low concentrations - good cutting power - reduction of fumes during the processes - very effective anti-rust protection - excellent lubrication of the machine tools ways and rails - perfect miscibility and stability even with hard waters - excellent resistance to foam formations, at normal concentrations of use, even with extremely fresh waters The fresh emulsion appears clear, translucent, opalescent and it tends to concentrate with use. Synthetic esters content is approximately 20%. APPLICATIONS The product is characterized by great versatility of use; it finds, in fact, apllication in both chip removal and especially grinding (particularly centerless) processes, of ferrous materials and aluminium alloys, in centralized systems and in single machines tanks, especially numerical control ones. Its extremely high anti-foam power allows it also to have great performances even with high-pressure pumps and in all of those situations in which the coolant is subjected to strong concussions and air insufflations. It is suitable for both high and very low-hardness waters, to be verified before use.

It is free from mineral oil, sensitizing biocides, formaldehyde donors, boron compounds and it is in compliance with the most updated hygienic-sanitary requirements. It guarantees: - great stability against the bacterial attack and excellent resistance to fungal contaminations - great detergency and decantation of the chips - maximum hygienic-sanitary compatibility - pleasant odour - great protection of aluminium, copper and their respective alloys - excellent anti-rust properties, even at relatively low concentrations - excellent E.P., cutting power - great resistance to foaming The fresh emulsion appears very stable, milky-white and clean.
