It is an aliphatic, extremely low viscous, denatured with synthetic esters, no coloured and high-boiling fluid. It is free from aromatics, sulphur, chlorine, phosphorus, toluene, xylene, P.C.B., P.C.T. P.A.H. and benzol. This fluid has a very moderate and pleasant odour and a high flash point, particularly indicated as dielectric into EDM machines. Features: - ideal chemical-physical properties for the working environment: neither odours nor vapour and the continuous visibility during the operations; - excellent decantation and high filtration of scraps; - quick removal from the cutting area and cleaning of EDM machines; - high thermal conductivity, which allows a quick heat dispersion and an excellent cooling power; - high flash point, more than 105°C, in order to minimize the fire risk, even with hard roughing workings; - ideal dielectric properties with a restricted ionization to the working area: it avoids the electric arcs dispersion and in this way it ensures a greater precision and lower energy consumption; - very short ionization-deionization times, for high frequencies pulses and so high production rhythms, without short circuit and premature electrodes wear dangers; - excellent oxidation resistance, for a longer charge. It is not classified as Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC).

It is a cooling lubricant based on synthetic esters, of vegetal origin, of universal use and of high value, emulsifiable, cutting and grinding, of a new formulation, prepared according to the most recent acquisitions of modern technology to satisfy the most advanced requests for machining workshops. It is free from mineral oil, chlorine, secondary amines, preservatives releasing formaldehyde, boron and their derivatives and is not dangerous. Guarantees: -A high degree of tolerability for operators. -Excellent stability of the emulsions, due to the strong resistance of the product to the bacterial attack and from fungi. -A high level of surface finishing of machined parts and tool life even at low concentrations and good cutting power. -reduction of fumes in process. -Very effective antirust protection. -An excellent lubrication of the guides and the sliding parts of the machine tools. -Perfect miscibility and stability even with hard water. -Excellent resistance to the formation of foam, to normal concentrations of use, even with extremely sweet water. The fresh emulsion is clear, translucent, opaline and is concentrated during use. The content of synthetic esters is around 20%.

It is a high quality emulsifiable cutting lubricant-coolant fluid, compliant with the most up-to-date hygienic-sanitary requirements, free from mineral oil and amines of any kind, from boron and boroderivatives and from formaldehyde donors. It is obtained from biodegradable bases made up of highly selected and high-performance synthetic esters of natural origin, which give the product a strong greasing and cutting power. It is free from chloroparaffins. Forms very stable milky emulsions, with bacteriostatic characteristics, also thanks to the use of cosmetic stabilizing additives. Presents: - stability to bacterial attack and excellent resistance to fungal contamination; - excellent cleaning and decanting power of the scraps; - maximum hygienic-sanitary compatibility; - pleasant smell; - excellent protection of copper alloys and aluminum alloys, guaranteed by the low level of pH buffered to less than 9 and by specific additives; - exceptional cutting power; - excellent resistance to foaming. It is totally free from: -mineral oil; -bactericides of any nature; -formaldehyde and formaldehyde donors in particular; -Boron and boric compounds; - Chlorine and derivatives; - secondary amines and their derivatives. It ensures: - a very high degree of tolerability for operators thanks to the absence of bactericides; - high stability of the emulsions, thanks to an innovative and exclusive formulation system; - an exceptional level of surface finish of the pieces and tool life even at low concentrations and a superior cutting power in mechanical machining on yellow alloys with low or no lead content; -reduction of fumes during processing; - very effective anti-rust protection; - excellent resistance to foaming, at normal concentrations of use, even with extremely soft water.
