It is a high-quality semi-synthetic coolant for cutting and grinding processes, highly resistant to the microbiological attack. It is free from chlorine, boric compounds, formaldehyde donors, secondary amines and their derivatives. It guarantees: -high degree of tolerability for the operators -excellent stability of the emulsions -high degree of surface finishing of the machined pieces and tools lifetime even at low concentrations -reduction of fumes during the processes -great lubrication of the rails and the machine tools sliding parts -perfect miscibility and stability even with hard waters -great resistance to foam formations at normal use concentrations even with particularly fresh waters The fresh emulsion appears translucent, opaline and tends to concentrate with use. Mineral oil content is approximately 10%.
