Family: Water-miscible Coolants
Type: Biodegradable-based neat cutting lubricant

It is a whole lubricant coolant, very fluid, clear, of a light brown colour, of a very moderate and pleasant odour, free of mineral oil, formulated for removal of chips from ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It is obtained from a mixture of synthetic bases, consisting of totally saturated esters of synthesis, biodegradable and highly stable to hydrolysis and oxidation, and from anti-welding additives E.P. for Extreme Pressure of inactive sulphurate type, antioxidants, anti-rust and metallic passivators, which, by exerting a synergistic action between them, give rise to a product of exceptional performance. It guarantees: -absence of fumes and vapours during processing and of dry and crusty residues even over a long period of time; -a high flash point for safe operations; -a low coefficient of friction for a longer tool life; -greater capacity to remove heat and cooling of the workpiece; -excellent sliding even at low temperatures; -exceptional wetting power, so that the oil disperses on the metal surface of the machined parts quickly and evenly reaching even the most difficult spaces; -excellent lubricating power; -exceptional power anti-welding of cut, EP and lubricant-stripping for top quality finishes; -excellent resistance to oxidation and rust as well as passivation of non-ferrous alloys; -very reduced tendency to form fogs, especially in the presence of high oil jet pressures or high rotational speeds of the spindles; -crush well crushed and fragmented; -biodegradability; -maximum tolerability by operators. The specific additivation of HAROLBIO HERO ensures a further improvement in wettability of the workpiece/tool interface and improved heat removal. The product is free of chlorinated compounds, active sulphur compounds, Zinc and PAH (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons).
