This product guarantees: - Excellent EP power for cutting operations, thanks to ‘inactive’ EP additives that don’t affect copper and its alloys. - It satisfy the majority of working process on automatic machineries. If it’s required a more fluid ‘active’ cutting oil or there are heavy operations, it’s advisable to dilute the product. Automatic machine tools require the simultaneous use of two different lubricants for the following sectors: 1) cutting fluid; 2) total loss lubrication. It has been noticed that, while working, a certain amount of oil used for lubrication ends up in the cutting fluid; quantities of oil between 10 and 30 lt every day for 8 hours can be considered normal, according to the constructive criteria of the machine. This involves a progressive dilution of the cutting fluid that, while losing its natural anti-heat properties, requires the integration of expensive additives or even its total replacement. The product PLURILUB V 46, with a viscosity of about 46 cSt at 40 ° C, has been formulated to meet the need to reunite in a single product the typical properties of an EP oil for total loss lubrication (slide guides) and a cutting oil, thus overcoming all the aforementioned drawbacks. It has the following properties: - Excellent power E.P. during the cutting operations, conferred by special anti-overheating additives of the "inactive" type that do not affect the Copper and its alloys. Meets most of the needs of machining on automatic machines. If the presence of very "hard" materials or the particular gravity of certain processes require the use of an "active" or in any case specific cutting fluid, in this case there will be a certain dilution of the cutting oil by the PLURILUB V 46 used as a lubricating oil, but with effects much reduced over time or even irrelevant. - High anti-wear power. - Strong anti-corrosive properties. - High resistance to oxidation and rust. - High viscosity index. - Compatibility with gaskets. - Absence of Chlorine and Chlorine-derivatives.
