Concentrated antifreeze

Liquid used in cooling systems.

Family: Automotive
Type: Concentrated antifreeze

Antifreezing-cooling fluid perfectly soluble in water, free from nitrites, phosphates and amines. It consists of monoethylene glycol, mixed with appropriate antifoaming agents, anticorrosion products and oxidation inhibitors to ensure the following properties: - compatibility with hard water; - excellent protection of the cooling circuit against corrosion, especially of aluminium; - excellent compatibility with elastomers; - special inhibition for the anti-cavitation protection; - outstanding resistance to thermal-oxidative decay.

PACKFREEZE LONGLIFE is an antifreeze based on high purity ethylene glycol, free from silicates, boron, amines, nitrites and phosphates, expressly created for very long change intervals. It is one of the most modern antifreeze protective fluids available on the market. The special formulation, thanks to the use of a combination of organic inhibitors based on carboxylic acids, underlines the attention paid to respecting the environment, since it makes the product biodegradable. PACKFREEZE LONGLIFE ensures: - prolonged frequencies with very low maintenance interventions; - a very long term protection against the corrosion of metals (cast iron, aluminum, copper and welding alloys) and an excellent compatibility with all the non-metallic components present in the circuit (gaskets, ducts and rubber sleeves, elastomeric materials, plastic, paints, etc.); - no gelling phenomenon during use or storage; - better heat exchange efficiency; - superior long-term protection in particular of the heat exchange surfaces, against corrosion and the formation of deposits and scale and for a better operating efficiency of pumps, thermostats, ducts, gaskets, sleeves and radiators, compared to traditional antifreeze liquids ( nearly doubled durations); - absence of cavitation and foaming phenomena.
