It guarantees: - absence of fumes and vapors in processing; - a high Flash Point, for operations in absolute safety; - excellent smoothness even at low temperatures and exceptional wetting power, whereby the oil disperses on surfaces quickly and uniformly; - good resistance to oxidation and rust; - good anti-wear power; - complete biodegradability; - maximum tolerability by operators as it does not contain harmful or irritating components. The product is free from chlorinated and / or sulfur compounds and does not contain polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs).

FRENDO DOT 5.1 is a fully synthetic hydraulic oil formulated for hydraulic braking systems, ensuring effective operation and maximum safety. FRENDO DOT 5.1 provides: - High boiling point to withstand the operating conditions of modern braking systems, which are subject to increasingly high temperatures due to higher vehicle speeds and greater aerodynamic efficiency; - High viscosity index; - Excellent stability, maintaining all essential properties throughout its service life; - Lubricating and protective action for metal surfaces within the braking systems; - Water tolerance; - Compatibility with rubber components, wetting seals in contact in a controlled and intended manner, providing adequate lubrication; - Maximum fluid compatibility, allowing top-ups in service without lowering the boiling point, causing sludge formation, or damaging sealing gaskets. FRENDO DOT 5.1 not only meets all the requirements mentioned above in accordance with SAE, DOT, and ISO specifications, but also exceeds these limits and surpasses the most stringent manufacturer requirements.

It is a lubricant, made from a highly-selected and solvent-refined hydrocarbon base, in mixture with thickening and anti-drop, thixotropic, adhesive agents, inactive sulfur-based EP additives and a colloidal suspension of finely micronized graphite, with a high degree of purity and stability. Particularly, the graphite used as a solid lubricant forms on the moulds hot surface a film of creamy consistency, which guarantee maximum protection against abrasion due to friction and a high fluidity of the treated surfaces. The product has been specifically formulated for the protection of blank moulds at high and extremely high temperatures, in the manufacturing of hollow glass, where it is applied via swabbing, ensuring a high degree of quality of the finished products and cleaning of both the pieces and the machines, preventing the formation of dark stainings and other issues, eventually caused by dripping.

It is a ready-to-use multifunctional fluid, consisting of an evaporable fluid mineral base mixed with polisiloxane-based silicone oils, which, by exerting a synergetic action among themselves, result in a product with release, anti-adhesive, protective, detergent and lubricating characteristics. The product is clear, colourless and of a very moderate odour. K6083, when applied to the surfaces of different materials, first of all removes any sludge and residues that may be present and, after the fairly rapid evaporation of the solvent component, leaves a very thin, water-repellent, protective, lubricating oily film with a remarkable non-stick, anti-adhesive and slipping power. The product is free of volatile organic compounds (VOC).
