TORMA DRAW PLX is a synthetic coolant based on biodegradable esters, easily emulsifiable in water, in which it forms stable, translucent emulsions. The product is specifically designed for cold sheet metal forming applications. It provides: • Good lubricating properties and anti-wear protection; • High wettability and no sticky residues; • Effective antirust power and passivating agent against oxidation; • Free from mineral oils; • Free from chlorine and chlorine derivatives.

It is a lubricant characterized by very strong anti-welding and release properties, formulated for drawing and blanking processes of ferrous materials, particularly high-hardness stainless steel, whenever complex-geometry deep drawing processes and high-quality finishes are required. The product is free from mineral oil and it is made from synthetic hydrocarbon bases, characterized by an exceptional "viscoelastic" response to loads and mixed with: - active/inactive sulfur compounds - sulfur-phosphorus compounds - natural and synthetic greasing agents - friction modifiers - anti-corrosive and anti-oxidant additives These components form a complex system by exerting among each others an exclusive and particularly effective synergistic action, which allows to obtain a high-performance product that guarantees the following properties: - exceptional release and anti-welding power - anti-rust protection and shiny surfaces - exceptional durability of the moulds - high-quality surface finishes on the machined pieces - light odour - hygienic-sanitary compatibility It is free from chlorine and its derivatives.
