It is a viscous fluid, especially used in the cold drawing of ferrous materials. The chemical formulation and the high deformation efficiency of the product allow to carry out operations of drawing without "bonder", even of square and rectangular sections (in particular the heavier, flat ones), guaranteeing in any case: - an excellent surface finish, especially of the edges; - tight tolerances for long processing intervals; - protection of dies from wear. It is free from chlorine and chlorinated compounds.

It is a highly additivated neat oil, for molding and deep drawing of highly alloyed and stainless steel, free from mineral oil and based on synthetic and natural biodegradable esters, mixed with organic compounds containing chlorine and anti-wear additives, antioxidants and metal passivators, which a synergistic action between them gives rise to a product with exceptional performance. In fact, it presents: - reduced formation of fumes and vapors during processing; - high flame resistance, for operations in absolute safety; - excellent smoothness even at low temperatures and exceptional wetting power, whereby the oil is dispersed on the metal surface quickly and uniformly; - excellent greasing power; - exceptional anti-welding cutting power, EP and lubricating-release agent for high quality finishes; - good resistance to oxidation and rust; -Good anti-wear properties. The liquid is clear, of moderate odor.

It is a whole oil for mechanical machining mainly used in deformation and shearing operations, but also for the removal of chips. It is of medium viscosity, obtained from a highly selected paraffinic mineral base and composed with additives of extreme pressure sulphorphic-phosphorous, sulphated active and inactive and untuosanti, which include a very effective synertozing action with strong Antisaldanti Properties. These give the product a very high release power, especially in the machining of high strength alloy steels and stainless steel. The product is of light color, very moderate odor and is chlorine-free.

It is a highly additive oil for deep drawing of highly alloy and stainless steels, based on active organic principles containing chlorine, mineral oil, untuosanti of natural and synthetic origin, antioxidants and metal passivators. The liquid is clear, very moderate odour, medium viscous, adhesive, with an exceptional release and anti-aging power. It's stabilized against aging.

It is a fully synthetic oil, formulated for mechanical deformation processes without chip removal, relatively viscous, obtained from highly performing synthetic hydrocarbon bases, with a very high degree of purity, characterized by a very low tendency to the formation of fumes during processing. It is composed of phosphorated Extreme Pressure additives, inactive sulpho-phosphorates, synthetic lubricants and antioxidants, which perform a synergistic action with each other with anti-welding properties and which give the product a very high release power, especially in the processing of steels alloyed with high resistance and stainless steel. The product is very light in color, transparent, almost colorless and odorless and has a very low tendency to the formation of sludge and residues, especially at high operating temperatures. Leaves a very light greasy, soft, protective and colorless veil on the worked pieces.

It is a lubricating oil for molding and shearing, formulated in particular for the lubrication of carbon and stainless steel wire in the forming of springs. It is relatively viscous and very particular, consisting of a complex mixture of: - high molecular weight synthetic esters, with marked viscoelastic properties of resistance to loads; - sulpho-phosphorated antiwear and anticorrosive additives; - an exclusive combination of active sulfur compounds; - antioxidant and antirust additives with high passivating power of metal surfaces, which guarantee long-lasting protection; - very finely dispersed and stabilized colloidal graphite; - a VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) free hydrocarbon solvent, which keeps the product in chemical-physical equilibrium and which, after evaporation, leaves on the metal surfaces a thin lubricating and protective film, strongly adhesive and effective and in any case removable with petroleum solvents. The result is a product that has the following characteristics: - an exceptional anti-welding power and E.P. of resistance to loads, even the heaviest ones, and to Extreme Pressures, obtained from the formulation synergy of the components used, in particular of newly designed wear reducing additives, for surface finishes of maximum brightness; - an excellent hiding-passivating power, for the protection of the machined pieces during subsequent storage.
