X-DRAW V 6205 SY is a fluid to be used for stamping and blanking ferrous and non-ferrous materials, particularly suitable for blanking and light drawing operations, when particularly clean pieces are to be obtained. X-DRAW V 6205 SY is obtained from a fluid, vanishing, highly selected and hydrogenated mineral base, with a very moderate odor, mixed with additives consisting of: - synthetic greasing agents; - friction modifiers; - anticorrosives and antioxidants. These perform a synergistic action between them that allows you to obtain the following features: - excellent detaching-anti-welding power; - shining surfaces; - long life of the molds and punches; - excellent surface finish of the machined pieces; - low odors; - hygienic-sanitary compatibility. The product is particularly suitable in case of subsequent high temperature treatments of the finished pieces (braze welding, heat treatment, etc.), as it leaves neither residues nor burnishing or stains. After the evaporation of the volatile part, the product leaves an ultra thin oily film on the pieces, almost imperceptible and stable over time, which has a protective action.

It is obtained from a highly selected and hydrogenated fluid, evaporable mineral base, with a very moderate odor, mixed with additives consisting of: -synthetic greasing agents; - friction modifiers; -anti-corrosives and antioxidants. These perform a synergistic action between themselves that allows for a product that ensures: - excellent detaching-antisoldering power; - surface gloss; -life of the molds; - excellent finishing of the edges of the machined pieces; - low odors; - hygienic-sanitary compatibility. After the evaporation of the volatile part, the product leaves an ultra-thin oily film on the pieces, almost imperceptible and stable over time, which exerts a protective action. X-DRAW V 6210 is perfectly compatible with all treatments following the processing phase.

It is an evaporable fluid to be used for medium-light molding and shearing operations of ferrous and non-ferrous materials and in particular of light drawing and shearing of aluminum sheets, especially when you want to obtain particularly clean finished parts. It is obtained from a very fluid, evaporable, hydrogenated hydrocarbon base, characterized by a very high degree of purity and very moderate odor, with oily additives, friction and anti-wear modifiers, anticorrosive and antioxidants.
