Type: Synthetic-based neat cutting lubricant

It is a ready-to-use multifunctional fluid, consisting of an evaporable fluid mineral base mixed with polisiloxane-based silicone oils, which, by exerting a synergetic action among themselves, result in a product with release, anti-adhesive, protective, detergent and lubricating characteristics. The product is clear, colourless and of a very moderate odour. K6083, when applied to the surfaces of different materials, first of all removes any sludge and residues that may be present and, after the fairly rapid evaporation of the solvent component, leaves a very thin, water-repellent, protective, lubricating oily film with a remarkable non-stick, anti-adhesive and slipping power. The product is free of volatile organic compounds (VOC).
