Due to its particularly high viscosity index, it is especially suitable for hydraulic circuits and hydrostatic lubrication systems operating under severe conditions, such as high pressures, wide temperature ranges, high oil circulation rates, and the risk of water contamination. SPRINTER SY HVI is a 100% synthetic-based oil formulated with antioxidants and corrosion inhibitors, which extend the oil’s service life even under conditions that accelerate thermal-oxidative degradation, such as high operating temperatures and the presence of significant amounts of air. Compared to conventional mineral-based hydraulic oils, it prevents malfunctions in servo valves and filter clogging caused by sludge and deposit formation (provided the filtration system is adequate for the required cleanliness level). The formulation retains a small amount of finely dispersed water as an emulsion, ensuring the hydraulic system continues to operate correctly. In the event of high water contamination, SPRINTER SY HVI 46 enables rapid separation and drainage.
