It is a high-performance, synthetic and non-toxic oil; it is studied to satisfy the most severe lubrication needs of the rotary and alternative compressors. It is a mixture of PAO, olefins copolymers and carboxyl esters, which are all synthesis and FDA approved for the accidental contact with food. It is formulated to obtain no deposits and long service duration; in fact, it is ash-less. The most important physical properties of this product, like resistance to foam formation, demulsibility and flash point, are carefully checked. In fact: - It minimizes until reset the deposit formation and the explosion risk and it increases the employment safety - It cancels virtually paints and sludge deposits, ensuring that all components, like oil/air separators, suction valves, thermo-valves etc., in the rotary compressors work always regularly - It gives better demulsibility, which is necessary for a rapid and complete separation of the water (that is particularly important in oil-flow compressors, where the condensed can accumulate in the oil catchers) - It enlarges the oil substitution intervals until ten times, compared to the mineral based compressor oils - It reduces the oil consumption, thanks to its low volatility and to excellent lubricant properties - It keeps a high efficiency of the rotary compressors, reducing wear and maintenance costs - It improves safety characteristics, thanks to the high flash point and low volatility - It reduces the operating compressor temperature, thanks to the high thermic conductivity, higher than about 15% compared to a mineral oil

TECNO MQL W 2958 is an aqueous solution of stabilized alkylene glycols, non-toxic, mineral oil free and totally free of hazardous substances. It is a fluid specifically formulated for cutting aluminum alloy bars, which, still incandescent, come out from the extrusion. Applied by spray, it guarantees: - cooling, lubrication and cleaning of the cutting blade, avoiding the formation of fill material; - no burrs on the bars; - absence of residues, sludge and scale; - protection of the material from oxidation; - absence of dangerous fumes; - maximum hygienic-sanitary and environmental compatibility.

It is totally free from: - bactericides of any nature - formaldehyde and formaldehyde donors in particular - boron and boron compounds - chlorine and its derivatives - secondary amines and their derivatives It guarantees: - maximum tolerability for the operators thanks to the absence of bactericides - great stability of the emulsions and high resistance to the microbiological attack - excellent detergency, for a high degree of cleaning of the grinding wheels - excellent anti-oxidant properties - excellent surface finishes of the machined pieces and greater tool life even at low concentrations - reduction of fumes during the processes - very effective anti-rust protection - excellent resistance to the formation of foam and mists, at normal concentrations of use, even with fresh waters

It is a water-miscible, mineral oil-free fluid, specifically formulated for blanking processes of steel sheet. It is miscible in water, in which it forms transparent and colourless solutions. It guarantees: - absence of mineral oil - good greasing power to give the tools a high anti-wear power - greater moulds life - compatibility with cobalt (ligand of hard metal) to guarantee the integrity of the moulds - great wetting power and absence of sticky reisdues, micro-scraps and sludges on the working point to achieve minimum abrasive effect on the moulds threads - great anti-rust power, even during the steam phase - absence of chemically active substances (chlorine derivatives, etc…) on the film covering the steel sheet, preserving the homogeneity of its dielectric characteristics - absence of dry and sticky residues, which facilitates the correct handling of steel sheet packs formations - extremely high stability, even in recirculation systems
