It is a high-quality, water-miscible coolant for cutting and grinding processes and especially formulated for heavy-duty machining of aluminium alloys, steel, including stainless steel and ferrous materials. It is totally free from: - bactericides of any nature - formaldehyde and formaldehyde donors - boron and boron compounds - chlorine and its derivatives - secondary amines and their derivatives It guarantees: - very high degree of tolerability for the operators thanks to the absence of bactericides - high stability of the emulsions and great resistance to the microbiological attack - excellent surface finishes of the machined pieces and greater tool life even at low concentrations - great cutting power in machining of aluminum alloys - reduction of fumes during the processes - very effective anti-rust protection - excellent resistance to the formation of foam, at normal concentrations of use, even with extremely fresh waters - excellent protection of aluminum alloys even with low silicon content The fresh emulsion appears clear, opalescent and it tends to concentrate with use.
