The DET BS sanitizer is a highly effective microbicide, obtained from a combination of BIT and MIT, which is unaromatic, biologically degradable. It is free of chloroisothiazolinone (CIT) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and does not contribute to the aox load of waste water. It is formulated for the protection and preservation of water-based products, in particular of oily coolant emulsions used in mechanical machining. It has the following characteristic: -Excellent biocide properties; -A very wide spectrum of activities against bacteria, fungi and yeasts, in particular against pseudomonas spp. - Excellent stability over time and to pH variations even in alkaline conditions.

It is a water-based solution at approximately 50% of EDTA (Tetrasodium-etilendiamminum-tetraacetate tetrahydrate) which is a well-known calcium sequestrant: it is used to reduce the hardness of water or the solutions or emulsions.

It’s a concentrated supplement of oily emulsions in service, formulated to improve the cleaning power. It allows: - reduction of the diameter of the oil particles (also of foreign oil, if any) and their better dispersion and homogenisation in the mass watery, so as to ensure a higher stability of the emulsion; - higher degree of machine tool cleaning by removing any sludge and residues; - reduction in the formation of fumes and mists during processing; - a higher rate of settling; - improved cooling and cutting power during processing; - easier washability of the parts produced. The product is neutral, not dangerous for operators and indeed improves the health and hygiene compatibility of emulsions in use; does not alter their chemical characteristics physical and performance behavior. It is neutral in the comparisons of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, such as copper alloys and aluminum alloys; is suitable for any type of emulsion in use.

This is a metal deactivator consisting of a 50% aqueous solution of sodium salt of tolyltriazole. It is especially effective as a corrosion inhibitor for yellow metals and cobalt alloys in aqueous solutions and emulsions. It provides high protective action even at low concentrations. It forms a barrier film on copper surfaces and promotes the precipitation of copper ions from solution, thus offering galvanic corrosion protection for other metals.

DET EM FB PLUS is a product made of an aqueous solution, containing surfactants and preservative agents, with a high alkaline reserve and without biocides. It is a powerful detergent and sanitizing product, that helps removing sludges and residues in machines tools and centralized systems tanks, where a soluble or emulsifiable metalworking fluid is working. DET EM FB PLUS can be easily used and it is convenient, as it is not necessary to stop automatic machines tools or plants: indeed, the cleaning operation is made while they are working. It can be used both as detergent and sanitizer of emulsions to be substituted and as preservative of the emulsions in use.

It is a product, characterized by a high alkaline reserve and constituted by a water-based solution, containing surfactants and preservative agents. It is a strong additive, which helps restoring the detergent power of the emulsion in use. It also facilitates the removal of sludges and residues in the machines tools and centralized systems tanks, previously containing a water-miscible and soluble coolant. Its use is simple and effective, as it does not require the stoppage of the machines or systems.

It is a water-based solution, containing surfactants and characterized by a high alkaline reserve. It is a strong detergent, which facilitates the removal of sludges and residues from the tanks of machine tools and centralized systems, previously containing water-miscible or soluble coolants. The product acts by improving the quality of the emulsion in use and its resistance to oxidation. It finds application both as a detergent for the tanks containing the emulsions to be replaced and as an agent to improve the detergency of the currently used emulsions. DET F/6 is a broad-spectrum fungicidal solution, highly dispersible in aqueous emulsions and effective against a wide range of fungal organisms commonly found in coolant emulsions used in mechanical processing operations. DET F/6 stands out from other fungicidal products because it not only eliminates fungal spores but also quickly causes the detachment of mucilaginous fungal colonies from the internal surfaces of tanks and pipelines, making it necessary to remove them from the filtration equipment.

It is an oil soluble in water, of dark amber colour, cutting integrator for lubricant-cooling fluids, emulsifiable for mechanical machining, consisting of a mixture of synthetic esters, highly oily and adhesive, in combination with emulators and Surfactants. It gives the emulsions characteristic of super-lubricity, so: -The friction coefficient of cutting and removal operations is lowered considerably and consequently the wear of all the mechanical elements involved; -It improves the anti-sealing and E.P. power and the resistance to the loads and the mechanical stresses; -The surface finishes and tool life are considerably improved; -The temperature, the smokiness and the formation of mists are reduced; -You can increase the cutting speed.

It’s an aliphatic fluid, denatured with synthetic esters, colorless, extremely low viscosity, high boiling, free from aromatic, sulphur, chlorine, phosphorus, toluene, xylol, P.C.B., P.C.T., PNA and benzol, of very moderate odour and pleasant, high flame point, particularly designed as an emulsion additive, when you want to disperse soap residues.
