It is a high-quality, water-miscible coolant for cutting processes, free from formaldehyde and formaldehyde donors, boron, boron derivatives and chlorinated paraffins. It is made from highly-hydrogenated mineral bases and it forms very stable emulsions, with bacteriostatic characteristics. It guarantees: - excellent protection of copper and yellow alloys, guaranteed by the low level of buffered pH < 9 and by specific additives - extremely high resistance to the formation of soaps and lead residues - high stability to the bacterial attack and excellent resistance to fungal contaminations - great detergency and decantation of the chips - maximum hygienic-sanitary compatibility - pleasant odour - great cutting power - excellent resistance to the formation of foam The fresh emulsion appears milky-white, clean and easy to handle.

It is a mineral-based concentrate, formulated for on-site preparation of a water-based hydraulic fluid with excellent fire-resistance properties, high lubricity and anti-corrosion protection. It is a newly formulated, semi-synthetic, mineral-based water-miscible fluid, free from formaldehyde and formaldehyde donors, chlorine, secondary amines and their derivatives. When dissolved in water, it forms an emulsion with the following characteristics: - great filterability - compatibility with the most common gaskets - excellent resistance to the bacterial and fungal attack - great anti-rust protection - perfect miscibility and stability even with relatively hard waters - excellent resistance to foam formations, at normal concentrations of use The emulsion appears clear, translucent and opalescent. Mineral oil content is approximately 10%.
