It is a high-quality, water-miscible cutting coolant, in compliance with the most updated hygienic-sanitary requirements and free from amines of any type, chlorinated paraffins, boron and boron derivatives, formaldehyde donors and bactericides containing methylisothiazolinones. It is made from highly hydrogenated mineral bases, in mixture with synthetic greasing agents. It guarantees: - high stability to the bacterial attack and excellent resistance to fungal contaminations - great detergency and decantation of the chips - maximum hygienic-sanitary compatibility - pleasant odour - excellent protection of aluminum and its alloys, guaranteed by the low level of buffered pH to < 9 and by specific additives - excellent cutting power - excellent resistance to foaming The fresh emulsion appears milky-white, clean and pleasant to handle.

It is a high-quality, mineral-based water-miscible coolant of universal use, in mixture with synthetic additives, of high EP power. It is free from secondary amines, formaldehyde and formaldehyde donors. It guarantees: - high degree of tolerability for the operators - great stability of the emulsions, due to its high resistance to the bacterial and fungal attack - excellent surface finishes of the machined pieces - greater tool life, even at low concentrations - reduction of fumes during the processes - very effective anti-rust power - perfect miscibility and stability, even with hard waters - great lubrication of the machine tools ways and rails - great resistance to foaming, at normal concentrations of use - excellent EP, cutting and anti-welding properties In its original state, the fresh emulsion appears milky-white, stable and its concentration tends to increase with use. Mineral oil content is approximately 50%.

It is a water-miscible synthetic coolant, which forms transparent and slightly amber solutions, when mixed in water. It finds specific application in cutting, grinding and chip removal processes of ferrous materials and aluminum alloys, including low-silicon content ones. The product is totally synthetic and it is free from mineral oil and esters of natural origin, chlorine, boron and its derivates, formaldehyde-donor bactericides and secondary amines. It features a light odour and an excellent level of tolerability for the operators and its transparency allows to have a clear vision of the pieces during the processes. It guarantees: - extremely high lubricating power, thanks to the highly polar characteristics of the synthetic oil base and the additives in it - excellent detergency for a good cleaning of the machine tools and the processed pieces - high resistance to the formation of sludges, residues and encrustations - high resistance to bacterial and fungal contaminations - great tool life - excellent E.P. and anti-wear power - excellent surface finishes of the machined pieces - absence of foam - high anti-rust power and great passivation of aluminium alloys - absence of residues and stains when machining yellow alloys - high stability and performance over time - good separation properties, of external ways oils from the solution surface - reduced operating costs: the solution tends to concentrate with use, requiring low-concentration top-ups - great decantation of the chips and grinding dust

It is a mineral-based concentrate, formulated for on-site preparation of a water-based hydraulic fluid with excellent fire-resistance properties, high lubricity and anti-corrosion protection. It is a newly formulated, semi-synthetic, mineral-based water-miscible fluid, free from formaldehyde and formaldehyde donors, chlorine, secondary amines and their derivatives. When dissolved in water, it forms an emulsion with the following characteristics: - great filterability - compatibility with the most common gaskets - excellent resistance to the bacterial and fungal attack - great anti-rust protection - perfect miscibility and stability even with relatively hard waters - excellent resistance to foam formations, at normal concentrations of use The emulsion appears clear, translucent and opalescent. Mineral oil content is approximately 10%.
