It is a top quality water miscible coolant for chipping and cutting operations. It is the result of the latest technological breakthroughs and meets the severest demands of machining operations. It is free from chlorine, boric compounds, formaldehyde donors, secondary amines and their derivatives. Features: - very well tolerated by machine operators; - emulsions are very stable, due to the high resistance to bacterial and fungal attacks; - excellent surface finishes of the processed pieces; - fumes reduction during the process; - very good and long-lasting anti-rust property; - excellent lubrication of the rails and of the sliding parts in machine tools; - perfect miscibility and stability, even with hard waters; - excellent resistance to foaming, at normal levels of concentration and even when used in very soft waters; The emulsion is translucent, milky white, and its concentration increases during usage. The mineral oil content is about 40% and it is obtained from a mixture of mineral oil with high greasing synthetic esters and specific EP additives to improve the cutting property.

The emulsion is milky white, clean, pleasant to handle.

It is free from Formaldehyde and donors of Formaldehyde, Chlorine, secondary amines and their derivatives. Dissolved in water, it forms an emulsion that presents: - excellent filterability; - compatibility with the common gaskets; - excellent resistance to bacterial and fungal attack; - excellent anti-rust protection; - perfect miscibility and stability even with relatively hard water; - excellent resistance to foam formation, at normal use concentrations. The emulsion is clear, translucent, opalescent. The mineral oil content is around 10%.
