It is a universal lubricant based totally synthetic for gears suitable for couplings in severe operating conditions and in kind for all highly charged gears. The particular and updated performance package used, gives strong antioxidant, anti-wear, anti-rust, anti-foaming, EP (Extreme Pressure), as well as exceptional thermal stability, excellent corrosion protection and excellent compatibility with synchronizers (also in molybdenum or bronze) and with seals. It was formulated in view of the fact that the specific powers of the vehicles are greatly increased since in the engines have been used devices such as intercooler, turbocharger, variable timing, multi-valve distribution, direct injection and electronics. Such devices have brought an improvement in performance, but also a considerable increase in operating temperatures as well as increased mechanical stress of the transmissions of all vehicles. It should also be noted that transmissions often have different needs: Hypoid differentials, used in rear-wheel drive vehicles, require lubricants with high EP characteristics (API level GL-5), while the Manual gearboxes require less EP lubricants (API level GL-4 or lower) but maintaining the correct time friction coefficient, to safeguard the good functionality of the synchronizers. This has so far prevented many manufacturers from recommending a single type of lubricant for the manual transmission and the hypoid differential. CD G.O. GL 4/5 SAE 80W-140 has been formulated in response to this need. The additive used gives the product the following properties: enhanced antioxidant, anti-rust, antifoam, EP characteristics; reduction of wear; effective resistance to the formation of lacquers, sludge, paints and deposits; excellent thermal stability; excellent compatibility with gaskets, even at high temperatures, (this allows the product to operate effectively without losses and/or leakages); low point of sliding; excellent behaviour at low temperatures; almost instantaneous and effective lubrication of bearings and gears in cold starts; high Index of Viscosity; total compatibility with synchronised transmissions (also in molybdenum and bronze); excellent protection against corrosion. The adoption of synthetic base also allows you to use the product in a wide ambient temperature range and ensures greater tightness of product performance over time. This leads to greater durability of vehicle components, especially commercial ones, and therefore a reduction in maintenance and downtime costs.

It is a synthetic-based oil particularly formulated to satisfy the critical demands for LEDL (Low Emissions Diesel Lubricant), for SHPDO (Super High Performance diesel Oil) type lubricants. For vehicles equipped with very heavy duty Diesel engines EURO IV - EURO V - EURO VI. It is also suitable for CNG or LPG working engines, exceeding the specifications MB 226.9 and MAN 3271-1. The low ash, phosphorus and sulphur content (Low Saps) make it maxi compatible with post-treatment systems for combustion fumes (DPF: for example particle filters). Features: -excellent detergent, dispersing and anticorrosive properties to prevent the formation of sludge and to neutralize the acidic substances that are formed during combustion; -particularly prolonged draining intervals (see specification MB 228.51); -maximum wear-resistant power for the protection of mechanical parts in motion under stress; -optimal resistance to thermal and oxidative decay, also thanks to the high synthetic base quality; -reduced consumption at minimum values: almost nothing the oil evaporation.

It is a totally synthetic oil of type SHPDO (Super High Performance Diesel Oil) specially formulated to meet low emission requirements (LEDL: Low Emission Diesel Lubricant), of equipped vehicles with diesel engines with high power output EURO IV - EURO V - EURO VI exercise also for long distances. It is also suitable for engines running on methane or LPG, exceeding the specification MB 226.9 and MAN 3271-1. The low ash content (LOW SAPS), Phosphorus and Sulfur make it maximally compatible with systems after-treatment of combustion fumes (DPF: for example particulate filters). It guarantees: - Excellent cleaning, dispersing and anti-corrosive properties to prevent the formation of sludge and to neutralize acidic substances that form during the combustion. - Particularly long replacement intervals (see specification MB 228.51). - Very high anti-wear properties for the protection of mechanical parts moving under stress even heavy. - excellent resistance to thermal and oxidative decay, thanks also to the high quality of the synthetic base clerk. - Consumption reduced to minimum values: almost no loss of oil by evaporation.
