High-quality multifunctional grease, NLGI grade 0, based on lithium soaps and manufactured from synthetic base oils. It has a smooth, buttery appearance, is resistant to both cold and hot water, has a dropping point of 180°C and can be used within an operating temperature range from -25°C to +90°C. The product can operate at temperatures very close to these limits without losing its original characteristics when returning to normal operating temperatures. In addition to forming an effective lubricating film, it protects against oxidation and corrosion by creating a sealing effect within bearings, preventing the ingress of impurities and solid contaminants into housings and bearing cages. During production, the grease undergoes a special homogenization and deaeration process, resulting in a structure free from lumps and air bubbles, whose presence is always detrimental to correct lubrication performance. It provides: - exceptional chemical stability, high adhesiveness and excellent resistance to heavy loads and mechanical stresses; - extreme-pressure performance through sulfur-phosphorus additives that enhance anti-wear and anti-seizure properties, allowing the grease to withstand very high specific pressures even at elevated temperatures; - excellent oxidation resistance; - outstanding anti-wear, anti-corrosion and anti-rust protection; - excellent adhesive properties; - good resistance to water washout; - wide operating temperature range; - excellent pumpability.

High-quality grease, NLGI grade 2, lithium soap-based, multifunctional, formulated with synthetic base oils. It has a smooth, buttery appearance, is resistant to both cold and hot water, features a dropping point of 190°C and can be used within an operating temperature range from -20°C to +120°C. It maintains its original properties even after exposure to temperatures close to these limits, once returned to normal conditions. In addition to forming a lubricating film, it provides protection against oxidation and corrosion, creating a sealing effect in bearings to prevent the ingress of impurities and solid contaminants into housings or cages. During manufacturing, it undergoes a specific homogenization and deaeration process, resulting in a structure free from lumps and air bubbles, which are detrimental to proper performance. It provides: - exceptional chemical stability, strong adhesiveness and high resistance to heavy loads and mechanical stresses. It is formulated with sulfur-phosphorus extreme pressure additives that enhance anti-seizure properties, making it suitable for very high specific pressures even at elevated temperatures; - excellent oxidation resistance; - outstanding anti-wear, anti-corrosion and anti-rust protection; - excellent adhesive properties; - good resistance to water washout; - wide operating temperature range; - excellent pumpability.
