It is a biodegradable lubro-detaching fluid, to be used in asphalt and/or cement concrete production companies. It is made from a mixture of natural and synthetic esters and non-ionic surfactants, which form a compound that can be easily dispersed in water. The product features excellent greasing and release properties and is non-aggressive and operator-friendly. It can also be used for saw blades lubrication, when mixed in water.

OLEOFORM RF 1 is a release oil for formworks, obtained from a severely hydrofinished petroleum base blended with natural and synthetic lubricating and anti-adhesive agents, both chemically and physically active. It ensures easy and clean release of concrete from the formwork, prevents oily residues on the concrete surface that could compromise the adhesion of subsequent layers, and protects the formwork from corrosion and premature ageing. It is characterized by high slip performance, enabling the production of smooth, high-quality concrete surfaces. The product is free from VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds).

It is a latest-generation concrete release agent containing special high-performance anticorrosion additives that act as inhibitors, helping to prevent the formation of rust stains on metal formwork. Its main properties include: - physical action; - chemical action; - adhesive action; - surface-active action; - antirust action. These characteristics ensure precise and reliable formwork release, helping to eliminate surface imperfections in the production of exposed-face concrete elements.

It is a multifunctional fluid, consisting of a mixture of isoparaffins, synthetic esters and polysiloxane-based silicone oil, which, by exerting a synergical action between them, give rise to a product that features both detergents and lubricants, protective and especially anti-adhesive and releasing agents. The product is clear, colourless, very moderate odor and well tolerated by the Operators. OLEOFORM V SIL 15, applied on surfaces of different materials, first removes sludge and residues that may be present and, after the discreetly rapid evaporation of the solvent part, leaves an oily veil very thin, shiny, water-repellent, protective, lubricant, which has no E.P. properties of load resistance, but a strong non-stick, anti-adhesive and gliding power. The product is totally inert to all metallic materials, but its compatibility with elastomers and plastics must be verified.
