It is a high-quality, water-miscible coolant, formulated for cutting and grinding processes. The product is made from synthetic esters of vegetable origin and it does not contain chlorine, boron compounds, formaldehyde donor biocides, isothiazolinone derivatives, secondary amines and their derivatives. It guarantees: - very high degree of tolerability for the operators - exceptional stability of the emulsions, thanks to its strong resistance to the bacterial and fungal attack - excellent surface finishes of the machined pieces and greater tool life, even at low concentrations - excellent cutting power in mechanical processes of aluminium alloys - reduction of fumes during the processes - very effective anti-rust protection - excellent lubrication of the machine tools ways and rails - perfect miscibility and stability even with hard waters - great resistance to foam formations, at normal concentrations of use, even with fresh waters - excellent protection of low silicon-content aluminum alloys The fresh emulsion appears clear, translucent, opalescent and tends to concentrate with use.
